How ScreenDoor Works

The Chat category includes all Web-based (via HTTP, not IRC) Chat groups, VoIP, telephony, Instant Messaging (IM) clients, and computer-related news sites. Chat rooms allow people to come together online to chat about current events, dating, particular interest and debates on hot topics. Examples include chat.msn, CyberLounge, HeadSpace, 2000teenchat. VoIP and telephony sites provide the ability to make and receive telephone calls. IM clients include web sites that provide instant messaging capability over the internet, such as YahooWeb. Computer-related news sites include industry news and magazines about computer technology and the internet.

Internet communications, reviews/information, buyers guides of computers, computer parts, accessories, and software, computers/software/Internet companies, computer and internet security, shareware and freeware.
Crime
Advocating, instructing, or giving advice on performing illegal acts such as phone, service theft, evading law enforcement, lock-picking, fraud, plagiarism/cheating, burglary techniques, bomb making instructions, computer hacking, burglary, murders, rapes, etc. Also includes sites with get-rich-quick schemes, phishing and pharming sites designed to gather personal information, and sites advocating hate speech and crimes based on race, religion, gender, ethnic origin, etc.

Singles listings, matchmaking and dating services, advice for dating or relationships, romance tips and suggestions are all part of this category. Examples: #1 Dating, Match Ranger.
Drugs
URLs in this category provide information on purchasing and using illegal or recreational drugs. Included are sites that contain recipes, instructions and kits for manufacturing or growing illicit substances, including alcohol, for purposes other than industrial usage. Also, sites that glamorize, encourage, or instruct on the use of or masking the use of alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, or other substances that are illegal to minors, as well as all alcohol and tobacco manufacturers' commercial websites. Sites that include information on 「legal highs」: glue sniffing, misuse of prescription drugs or abuse of other legal substances are in this category. The Finance category includes sites dealing with stock quotes, stock tickers, fund rates, online stock or equity trading. Also, sites that offer investing advice or contacts for trading securities, money management/investment services or firms, general finances and companies that advise thereof, accountancy, actuaries, banks, mortgages, and general insurance companies. Examples: E-Trade, Ameritrade, Wells Fargo, TradingSolutions.
Food
Contains sites relating to food, home and garden, and local information. Food sites include recipes, cooking instructions and tips, food products wine advisors, food/drink magazines, and reviews of restaurants, cafes, eateries, pubs, and bars. Home and garden sites include home maintenance, safety, decor and design, and home electronics. Local information includes city and tourist guides, including restaurants and local points of interest.

Hate Speech
This category includes sites that are advocating or inciting degradation or attack of specified populations or institutions based on associations such as religion, race, nationality, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation.
